  • Apr 20, 2017 Hello! I recently purchased an AOC I2476VWM monitor and I hooked it up to my laptop with a HDMI cable to use it as my display rather than my laptop screen, however, the sound isn't working. Can someone help me?
  • Want to use your monitor in a brightly-lit environment, e.g. Beside a window catching the sun? The high 250 cd/m² (or 250 nits) brightness achieved by W-LED backlight ensures a good visibility on the display even in these harsh settings. In comparison, the sRGB’s reference luminance level is 80 cd/m².

Right click and click All apps at the bottom-right of the screen.

Click on the “Control Panel” icon

Set the “View by” to “Large icons” or “Small icons”.

Click on the “Display” icon.

Click on the “Change display settings” button.

Click the “Advanced Settings” button.

Silverlight for mac stream or download. Click the “Monitor” tab and then click the “Properties” button.

Click the “Driver” tab.

Open the “Update Driver Software-Generic PnP Monitor” window by clicking on “Update Driver.. “ and then click the 'Browse my computer for driver software' button.

Select 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer'.

Click the “Have Disk” button. Click on the “Browse” button and navigate to the following directory: X:Drivermodule name (where X is the drive letter designator for the CD-ROM drive).

Aoc Portable Monitor Driver

Select the 'xxx.inf' file and click the “Open” button. Click the “OK” button.

Aoc External Monitor Driver

Select your monitor model and click the “Next” button. The files will be copied from the CD to your hard disk drive.

Close all open windows and remove the CD.

Aoc Usb Monitor Mac

Restart the system. The system will automatically select the maximum refresh rate and corresponding Color Matching Profiles.

  • Why is the display of my monitor blurred or unfocused?

Make sure the PC is set to run the monitor at its true or native resolution. The native and recommended resolution depends on the size of the monitor. All models can typically be set to 60Hz or 75Hz, with resolutions as follows. 15' LCD: 1024 x 768. 17' or 19' LCD: 1280 x 1024. 19' widescreen: 1440 x 900. 20' to 22' widescreen: 1680 x 1050. 24' widescreen: 1920 x 1200. Please check the user manual and/or specifications for your model. You can adjust the resolution in Display Properties located in the Windows Control Panel (in Windows Vista, select the Personalisation feature).

  • How do I clean my LCD monitor?

To clean your LCD monitor safely, follow the steps below:

Disconnect the power cord first. Spray or put on a small amount of non-abrasive cleanser on a soft lint free cloth. Gently wipe the surface without too much pressure as the screen is fragile.

Do not spray or put on any liquids directly to the monitor. Always apply the solution to your cloth first, not directly on the screen/parts you are cleaning. Apply little pressure. Applying too much pressure or spraying liquids directly onto the screen or case of the LCD monitor may cause damage to the display which is not covered under warranty.
